Moneta Custos is a mobile app with read-only access to banking and investment information in order for you to monitor your cash, credit and investment transactions.

  • • Nothing runs in the background. Your transactions update when you open the app and ask for them to — not on a schedule you don't control.

• New-transaction highlighting

  • • When you refresh, anything new since your last check is clearly flagged, so you're not re-scanning a list you've already seen.

Security & privacy

What a guardian actually guards.

• ✓ We never see your bank login. Connecting an account happens through Plaid, a financial data network used by many banks' own apps. Your bank username and password are entered with Plaid or your bank directly — never with us.

• ✓ Read-only, always. Moneta Custos cannot move money, make payments, or change anything about your accounts. It only displays what your bank already reports.

• ✓ Encrypted at rest and in transit. The credentials that let us retrieve your transactions are encrypted (AES-256) in our database. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

• ✓ No ads. No data sale. We don't run advertising and we don't sell your financial data to anyone.

• ✓ Delete anytime. One tap disconnects every linked account and permanently erases your data.
